Unfortunately with the exception of small items which can be sent via the postal network, we don’t deliver outside the UK.

So at the moment places such as Northern Ireland are out of reach for our couriers, but we can deliver to any chosen shipping partners of your choice.

Smaller items such as soft furnishings are usually dispatched next day (excluding weekends and bank holidays). This is usually with a 2-3 day delivery service such as DPD, Parcelforce or Evri.

Medium items such as footstool are usually dispatched with Parcelforce with a 48 hour delivery timeframe.

Larger items such as chairs and sofas are dispatched with a 2 man courier service and will be dispatched within 2-5 days. We do have a storage facility so if you are not ready for immediate delivery, let us know and we can advise further

We charge flat rates fees for smaller items such as soft furnishings which is based on weight, £4.50 for items under 2kgs and £10 for items up to 10kgs.

Medium items such as footstools which can be sent with a courier company are £29.

Larger items are sent with a 2 man courier service and is calculated on weight and distance, and prices range from £49 for a chair, £79 for a small sofa and £120 for larger sofas.

We operate a FREE delivery service on larger items only within a 30 mile radius of our store (this is a one man courier so help may be needed), or we can work with you if you want to collect yourself or arrange your own collection.

We are fairly confident you will love your new order, but if for any reason you change your mind or it doesn’t fit then just get in touch via email or give us a call.

Returns are accepted within 14 days on unused items only and must be sent back in their original packaging. We can arrange for the item to be collected, delivery fees will apply and the original delivery fee won't be refunded.

We take every care to describe items correctly and send them out in perfect condition, but if for any reason something isn’t right with your order we are here to help.

Get in touch within 48 hours of delivery (photos may be needed) and we can either arrange for the item to be collected for a refund or arrange a repair or replacement.

A few things to note about our fabrics:

• Most of our fabrics are woven from natural fibres and colours may differ ever so slightly from one batch to another. This is normal and part of what makes them unique and lovely. 
• Our fabrics are designed to sustain normal wear and tear.
• All our upholstered products conform to strict UK standards for domestic fire retardancy.
• From time to time our sofas and armchairs may have a slight chemical smell when first delivered. This comes from a special flame-retardant coating used to treat and protect our upholstery. This is normal and the smell will soon disappear within a couple of days, although in very rare cases it can take up to two weeks.

All our items will come with a minimum of a 2 year guarantee from the date of purchase. This is a guarantee on the frame and doesn’t cover fair wear and tear or accidental damage.
